1. How do I place an order?
You can shop directly on our website.

Within Pakistan: Payments can be made in PKR.

International Customers: Payments are accepted in USD, AED, or GBP.
2. Does Silko Store ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide.
3. How long does delivery take and what are the charges?

Delivery takes 7–8 weeks.

For shipping charges, please refer to the checkout page based on your location. If your order hasn’t arrived on time, please contact us.
4. Do you offer same-day delivery?
Unfortunately, same-day delivery is not available at this time.
5. Why did the product in my shopping bag disappear?
Adding a product to your cart doesn’t reserve it. If someone else checks out before you, the item may go out of stock. You can revisit later when it's restocked.
6. Is my package insured? Do I need to sign for it?
Yes, all orders are insured during transit. A signature is required upon delivery to complete the handover. Once signed for, the package is no longer covered.
7. Can I ship to multiple addresses?
We currently support delivery to one address per order. For multiple destinations, please place separate orders.
8. Can I change or cancel my order?
Changes or cancellations can be made before dispatch.

For online payment orders, cancellation is allowed within 7 days of placing the order.

Orders cannot be combined or modified once processed.

9. How do I track my order?
Once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive an Order ID via email. You can use this ID to track your order online or by contacting customer service.
10. What is your return or exchange policy?
We do not offer exchanges or returns under normal circumstances.
However, if you receive a faulty, damaged, or incomplete item:

11. Do you offer refunds?
We do not offer cash refunds.
Only online store credit is issued (excluding shipping charges), and items must be returned within 7 days of receiving the order.
12. What if the product is faulty or incomplete?
Please contact us immediately. We will offer an exchange or provide store credit for the value of the product (minus shipping).
13. Do you offer repair services?
Yes! We provide complimentary repairs for up to 1 year from the date of purchase.
14. Do you offer Gift Cards?
Currently, Silko Store does not offer Gift Cards.
